Day Rate: For activities that are expected to be completed in about 8 hours or less. All prices per person and USD.

Alpine Day Rate: For activities and objectives that are expected be completed in 8-12 hours, or that require travel in a dynamic alpine environment.

Extreme Day Rate: For activities and objectives that are expected to be completed in more than 12 hours in a single day, or that require extreme levels of risk acceptance or technical application.

Additional Charges
Overnight Camping and Hut Trips incur a charge of $175 per night.
Destination Trips (outside of Colorado and Utah) are subject to travel expense fees, which include all travel costs for the guide, plus a daily travel rate of $500 per day.
Deposit Policy
All trips require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve the desired dates. An additional deposit may be required for the procurement of trip services like hut and hotel bookings, helicopter transfers, taxi reservations, etc. Full payment is due 60 days before the trip departure date.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because of the impermanent nature of conditions in the mountains, all payments made to Amora Vida Guiding LLC are non-refundable. If conditions are unsuitable for the objective of the trip, we will make every attempt to develop an alternative. In some cases, such as family emergencies, your payment may be refunded for credit towards a future trip, but this decision is made on a case-by-case basis, and is rarely applied if the trip involves travel, since significant costs to the guide have already been incurred. If additional trip services are required, like hotel and hut bookings, helicopter or airplane transfers, lift tickets, etc., we will communicate the cancellation policies of each service before the booking is finalized.
Late Fees
All payment balances are due 60 days before the trip start date. For trips departing within 60 days of booking, full payment is due upon the time of booking. Invoices will be assessed a late fee of 2% per month for payments received past the due date.
